Divx Problem

Bob...I am sure I must be at fault here somehow but I hope you can help. When you went over to Divx I downloaded as you suggested. When you started doing HD I started to get 7or 8 seconds of video then it would cut to some commercial for video products. Could you please advise keeping in mind I am tech challenged?

Bob.. as luck would have it, I was able to download a new version of Divx and it worked on Jessie's vid. I did get a message that it was unsupported and might be corrupted which I don't understand. I then downloaded the Jamie Page vid and the first two were fine with that same message. The third just plain cut out.
help! Please advise,

It must be your player doing that. Is DivX player doing that? If so, try VLC player and see what happens.
